T Wave Memory Caused by Sustained Idiopathic Left Ventricular Tachycardia
Kim Sung-Hwan

Abstract
Although the existence of cardiac memory has been known for many years, there is still limited information about its physiological significance and clinical implications. Cardiac memory is characterized by persistent but reversible T wave changes on the surface ECG induced by an abnormal electrical activation pattern: the reported stimuli include ventricular pacing, intermittent left bundle branch block, and post-ablation periods of accessory pathway in Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. The phenomenon can persist for several weeks. The present study shows sustained idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia can cause T wave memory.
